You can start the searching by using the Simple Search. Enter the state, town or city with some additional options. The system will find all matched property. You can view the details and contact the person who posted the room.

You also can apply for a free user account. When you login, you can configure your preferences and save as your search profile.

With the search profile, you can find the property with the person who lives there. In addition, the system will provide you more options to search either they match to your preference or you match to their preference or a perfect match.
You also have an option to find the other renters who do not yet find a room. So you can work together to find an empty place for both of you.
When you find a matched place or person, you can save as My Favorite. This will give you a great flexibility to find and compare more places or persons.
