to serve your clients. ACenter is powerful, easy to use, and
is an Internet-safe site.
- When your clients call, use this page to collect the
contact information, quick search, set up an appointment,
show the property and record the income & expense. This is a
complete solution easy and useful to use.
- After enter your clients, or your customers register
from web site, their names will be listed on this page for
easy management.
- For the owner, you
can assign the registered customers to your agents and
manage entire activities.
- Click on D (Delete) to remove the client from the list.
However, if the commission or payment for this client is not
zero, [Delete] can only change the status to I (inactive).
- There are two mail facilities. The
blue [Mail] is used to send mail to the selected client. The
red [Mail] allows you to send the same email to entire
active clients, including those clients in next pages. You
can use this mail facility once per day.
You can change this computer into your client's
registration station. Click [Enter] to enter the client
mode. Once you switch to client mode, you have to login
again to enter your business user mode.
